Hill House is a substantial house of 1925 set in beautiful landscaped grounds. At the time our client purchased the property the house was in degraded and poor condition.

The client's brief required the house to be upgrade to the very highest standards of design and finish involving re-planning of the layout, new heating and electrical systems, major joinery works, new bathrooms, kitchen and the return of the exterior of the house to its original condition which required almost every window to be re-glazed to incorporate the original leaded glazing designs.

A new extension provided a master bedroom suite over an orangery whilst a new and extensive garage building with a fully equipped gymnasium above was built as a detached structure.
