Condition Reports

Detailed inspections of existing buildings, structures and facilities to give a complete insight to the condition of the existing fabric. This includes a detailed analysis of any inherent structural or other problems and interpreted causes of problems and/or deterioration of the fabric.

Condition reports quite often are the essential initial assessment of any historic building prior to development of a scheme of repairs, restoration or conversion.

LEP have been involved with surveying and reporting on buildings such as Middlesbrough Town Hall, John Rylands Library, and Victoria Baths, both in Manchester, as well as structures like the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge and the promenade shelters on Blackpool's sea front.
