Lloyd Evans Prichard is a small to medium sized practice of eleven architectural staff plus clerical support based in the centre of Manchester. The practice was founded in 1973 as Lloyd Evans and became Lloyd Evans Prichard in 1993 when John Prichard became principal director.

Our reputation for historic building and conservation work through links with English Heritage and the Anglican Diocese of Manchester and Chester is allied with a strong portfolio of sensitive residential developments for both commercial and private clients.

We offer a complete range of architectural and consultancy services including conservation, restoration, building design, conservation management planning and historic condition survey reporting.
